Handwoven, one of a kind, table runner crafted by artisans from the Abra region of Northern Philippines. This soft textured runner is woven from hand dyed 100% cotton threads forming a unique tribal weave design. It is generously sized to fit a rectangular dining table.
Design fact: The tribal design of the runner hails from traditional Itneg (or Tingguian) patterns of horizontal lines accented by x’s and arrows. The Itnegs are the indigenous people of the highlands of Abra. Like their Ilocano neighbors, they too have a strong Inabel weaving culture that endures to this day.
Available Style: Burgundy, red, white, and yellow horizontal patterns. Fully reversible with textured designs on one side and flat patterns on the reverse. Edged with thick, 4” long hand tied indigo tassels.
