Returns / Exchange Policy
We are committed to offering you quality products that have been hand selected and tested for craftsmanship and durability. If, however, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days from ship date and get either a full refund or an exchange for a similar product or another item.
We will refund the full purchase price of your order only if the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days from ship date will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a full credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will exchange any item that is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Note that because most of our products are one of a kind, exchanging for an exact similar item may not be possible. We will be happy to replace with another item of similar value.

Order damaged in transit or defective
Damaged or defective items should be reported to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within five business days of receipt of the package. Do not ship damaged products to us unless requested to do so. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
